The "Wellness Person"
"I tried more protocols. More labs. More 'fixes'. Some helped. Many didn't."
Yoga, Pilates, green smoothies—doing "all the right things," but still hitting a wall of burnout and brain fog.

Feel vibrant, energized, and fully present in your daily life
You are doing everything you think is right, yet somehow you're still experiencing:
If you don't have your instruction manual, how can you be sure you're actually doing what's right for you? You're trying to optimize your health without understanding how your body is uniquely wired, leaving you to a constant cycle of trial and error with no tangible results.
At (epi)Genetic Edge, we help you understand how your body is built and what it needs — then turn that insight into simple, realistic steps you can actually stick with grounded in epigenetic research. A cutting-edge wellness approach rooted in science - unlocking your body's blueprint.
But how that DNA is expressed - which genes turn up or turn down - does change in response to your environment, stress, nutrition, sleep, and daily habits - also known as your unique Epigenetic inputs.
Think of your genes as light switches that you have the power of turning on or turning off. Your lifestyle, environment, and habits influence how your genes express themselves.

We don't reduce you to data points. Your context matters.

For years, I was the “healthy one” in every room. I ate clean, moved my body, checked all the boxes—yet I was:
"I tried more protocols. More labs. More 'fixes'. Some helped. Many didn’t. All left me with the same feeling: I’m clearly missing something."
— Danelle
Discovering epigenetics gave me language and structure for what my body had been whispering for years. It gave me compassion for my own limits and clarity on what actually works for me.
Now, as a certified epigenetic health coach, I help you skip years of trial-and-error and step directly into informed, aligned experimentation—guided by your data and your lived experience.

Everything you need to know to get started.
At (epi)Genetic Edge, we use advanced genetic testing to analyze over 1,900 SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms)—tiny variations in your DNA that can influence how your body responds to nutrition, stress, toxins, exercise, and more. Unlike ancestry tests (like 23andMe), which focus on heritage and static traits, our approach combines genetic science with epigenetic principles.
We decode how your unique biology may be impacted by your daily lifestyle choices—giving you a personalized, actionable roadmap to optimize your gene expression and long-term health. We use cutting-edge research to help you understand how your genes could behave based on the way you live.
Not just more data—better direction.
No—your DNA itself doesn't change. What can change is how your genes behave. Through lifestyle choices like nutrition, sleep, and stress management, you can influence which genes get "turned on" or "off." This is called epigenetics—working with your genes, not changing them.
Our focus is not fear, but agency.
We look at patterns that help you understand how to better support your body now and moving forward. If anything concerning comes up, we always recommend you discuss it with your medical provider. The goal is to empower—not alarm.
Yes. This is our Core Promise. Your Blueprint is designed to be readable, visually clear, and organized by themes (energy, sleep, digestion, stress). We take great pride in having a human being trained in epigenetics personally evaluating your lab results panel by panel to provide digestible interpretations, even drilling down to specific markers to extrapolate any additional information relevant to your long-term wellness goals.
You also get a 1:1 walk-through so you aren't left alone to interpret the data. We make sure you walk away feeling educated, empowered, and ready to implement suggested strategies and/or discuss specific health concerns or request specific diagnostic testing with your medical practitioners.
Lastly, we're here for you for LIFE! While your DNA doesn't change, new research is constantly emerging that affects epigenetic influences on your gene expression. We will provide updates to you and set up follow up coaching calls when needed to support your wellness journey.
We work with your reality, not against it.
Some clients make bigger shifts; others start very small. We’ll help you identify the few key levers that move the needle most and integrate changes at a pace that feels kind and sustainable.
Absolutely.
Many clients share their Blueprint with their doctors, NPs, or therapists as an additional layer of context. We encourage collaboration and see this work as complementary to your existing care. (Note: We do not provide medical advice or diagnosis).

Harley has been with me through every step of this journey—the experiments, the breakthroughs, the moments when I needed to step away from the data and just breathe.
He's also a pretty good reminder that sometimes the best thing you can do for your health is to take a walk, play outside, and not take yourself too seriously.
(He's also convinced that every client consultation should include belly rubs. We're still working on that one.)
